Since the establishment of the partnership between our University and the Education University of Hong Kong, we have been committed to exploring various aspects of cooperation。现面向全校选拔科研学者与香港教育大学合作申报香港裘槎基金会「中国内地来访学者计划」。Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Project introduction
为加强内地与香港两地学者交流，香港裘槎基金会特设立「中国内地来访学者计划」，以此鼓励香港院校邀请内地杰出科研学者赴港，在香港参与为期六个月的科研活动。During their exchange stay in Hong Kong, researchers will also be invited to give lectures, host seminars and participate in research projects at the Education University of Hong Kong。The Croucher Foundation sponsored a total of HK $144,000 to cover basic accommodation and round-trip airfare for each scholar in Hong Kong。
2. Project application process
(a) The university provides a list of recommended researchers, including personal resumes, contact information and the draft exchange plan;
(b) The Education University of Hong Kong selects co-scholars based on this list and jointly determines the relevant exchange programme;
(3) Submit to the Croucher Foundation for approval。
Please note that this is the stage for the two sides to contact candidates and draft the exchange programme. The list of research scholars and the details of the exchange programme will be finalized only after the approval of the Croucher Foundation。
Third, the selection of objects and conditions
The program supports research in the natural sciences, science and technology, geography or environmental sciences。Participants should be under the age of 45, interested in scientific research exchange, and able to arrange a six-month stay in Hong Kong for the relevant academic activities。
4. Deadline
If you are interested, please send your resume, contact information and draft exchange plan to jieluo@hunnu before 17:30, March 1, 2024.edu.cn。The Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office will submit the candidates to the Education University of Hong Kong. After the candidates are confirmed, the Education University of Hong Kong will contact the scholars themselves to jointly determine the relevant exchange plan。
